John Rapier
Mr. Rapier is a native of Lubbock, Texas and an 'AV' rated attorney. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas in 1969 and a J.D. from Texas Tech University in 1972. Mr. Rapier began his career as a prosecutor for Dallas County from 1972 to 1974. He founded his current law office in 1982 in Dallas and moved to Allen, Texas in 1989.
Mr. Rapier specializes in real estate, banking, local government, water cooperatives and special districts, wills, trusts, probate and guardianship matters.

Mr. Wilson earned his Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University in 1990 and Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University in 1994.
Mr. Wilson specializes in representing municipalities, special and general law utility districts, water supply corporations, construction firms, aggregates and concrete manufacturers, corporations, and real estate developers.

Mr. Wendland is an "AV" rated attorney. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin in 1980 and a J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1983.
