About Us Since 1982 Rapier, Wilson and Wendland, P.C. has provided legal services to individuals, businesses, financial institutions, utilities, and local governments. It is the goal of Rapier, Wilson and Wendland, P.C. to render legal services for our clients in a prompt and efficient manner. To the extent possible, we will allocate our services to an area where a flat fee is established by the fee schedule. Professional Licenses The attorneys of the firm are duly licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Professional Memberships The attorneys of the firm are members of one or more of the following associations: Texas Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, Collin County Bar Association, Texas City Attorney's Association, Texas Rural Water Association, Texas Association of Bank Counsel, the North Texas Estate Planning Council, the Real Estate Counsel, Collin County Association of Realtors, American Planning Association and the American Water Works Association. Safeland Title Company The firm is a fee office for Safeland Title Company, which provides excrow and real estate closing services together with providing title insurance through Title Resources Guaranty Company. Chuck Hoey is our Escrow Officer, assisted by Angela Franck. We are ready to assist you with your real estate transactions.
